Adding Family Plan Accounts
Like many others I have problems adding users to my ATT family plan account. Every time I try to add my wife's phone to our ATT 90 day free trial plan, I get the same error message. I enter the PIN that was sent, logged in to her account and I get the following - We've successfully authenticated your Beats Music account, but something went wrong with your AT&T purchase. Support sent an email requesting my phone number. I sent it and received an email back with links to the BeatsMusic how to add another line page, which I've been to numerous times already. Is this as far as anyone is going to look in to this?
